AnswerYou can return any products that have never been used and in good conditions within 14 days after receipt sending an email to bellissima.shop@fap.it including below details:

  • Invoice number and date, only in case of partial return;
  • Quantity ad description of the products to be returned;
  • Bank details for refunding (Sort code, IBAN and BIC information – account owner details)

You will then receive refunding in the same way of your original payment.

For returns, shipping charges will be at your costs.
